The Lagree Method is a full body, core centric workout. It might sound simple, but it will challenge and change you!
Every class can be modified to meet you where you are. Each session builds strength, muscular cardio capacity and lean muscle.

LAGREE FOUNDATIONS

Meet your new obsession — starting with the basics. Lagree Foundations is a 45-minute class designed for first-timers and anyone looking to sharpen their form. You'll get introduced to the Lagree MiniPro machine (it’s a powerhouse workout tool), learn the foundational movements, and explore modifications that make every exercise work for your body. Don't let "foundations" fool you — this is still a full-body challenge, just with the coaching and time to do it right.
we’ll close with an optional 5 minute stretch to release tension - you’ll have earned it!

LAGREE FULL BODY

This is the full Lagree experience. In 50 minutes on the MiniPro, you'll move through a sequence of slow, controlled exercises targeting every major muscle group — often at the same time. The signature slow tempo isn't a shortcut; it's the method. By keeping muscles under continuous tension with zero rest between transitions, Lagree delivers a strength, cardio, and core workout that's as efficient as it is intense. Modifications are always available, but be prepared to shake.

Recommended for clients who have completed Foundations or have prior Lagree, SolidCore or comparable class experience
